Comfort	What might feel right to your mate, doesn't feel right to you. That's why we've created our double-sided comfort layer that gives you the choice between medium-firm support and firm support. Just unzip and flip it to find what works for you. Our customisable, double-sided Kloudcell™ comfort layer means you can choose what firmness level works for you. It comes in a medium-firm feel but if you’re on the lookout for something a little firmer, it's as easy as unzipping and flipping the comfort layer.	The eco-friendly foam is made from natural materials that help you stay cool all night. This innovative layer wicks moisture away and prevents you from getting too hot. The high-quality cover also supports perfect air circulation. Breathable eco-friendly foam is kind to the environment and your sleep. It wicks away moisture and stops you from overheating. It is also wonderfully bouncy yet features zero partner disturbance technology so you won't feel your sleep partner's movements.
Support	Designed to take the pressure off, a high-density reactive layer with precision cut support zones helps to provide an ideal foundation for sleeping no matter what position you prefer. Known around our neck of the woods as StayPut Edge Support, but all you need to know about our super stable edges is that the chances of anyone sliding off the bed are slim to none.	Advanced zoning keeps you supported in the areas you need it the most. The three-layered mattress core adapts to any body shape to align your spine thus making it ideal for people who struggle with back pain. These high-quality foams work together perfectly to distribute all pressure evenly across the entire mattress. The 7 zone high resilience foam in the middle or transitional layer distributes pressure perfectly across the mattress and effortlessly adapts specifically to different parts of your body. Guaranteed to keep you comfortable whichever way you sleep. The supportive yet durable point-elastic base foam layer provides essential counter-pressure to comfortably support your lower back and make moving on the mattress a breeze without disturbing your partner.

FAQs

Koala Calm As

Is Koala calm as worth it?

The Koala Calm As mattress, known for its comfort, support, and cooling features, is competitively priced and could be a worthwhile choice if it aligns with your sleep preferences and needs. However, individual comfort varies, so consider your personal sleeping habits and any physical conditions before purchasing.

How long will a koala mattress last?

While it's challenging to provide an exact lifespan for the Koala Calm As mattress since it's a relatively new product, we can look at general guidelines and the quality of its construction. Mattresses typically last between 7-10 years, with high-quality ones potentially exceeding this range. The Koala Calm As mattress has been recognized for its quality, receiving the 'Product of the Year' award in the mattress category for 2022 and being CHOICE® recommended. It's a well-constructed product that should provide good durability, but actual lifespan can vary depending on factors such as usage and care. Regular rotation, for instance, can help extend the life of a mattress.

Can the Koala Calm as mattress go on slats?

Yes, the Koala Calm As mattress can be placed on slatted bed frames. However, it's important to ensure that the slats are not too far apart. As a general rule, the gap between slats should be no more than 3 inches (or about 7.6 cm) to provide adequate support and prevent sagging. If the slats are too far apart, it may affect the mattress's support and potentially its lifespan. Always make sure your bed frame is in good condition and provides sufficient support for your mattress.
