The mattress will arrive with the medium firmness setting, but easily switch between medium and medium-firm for customisable comfort. Simply unzip the cover, and swap the 1st and 3rd layer of the mattress, keeping the micro coils layer inbetween.	Based on our research, most people prefer a mattress that is firm but not too hard.
