Comfort	Our 7-layer hybrid mattress fuses the springy support of individually-wrapped coils with the plush comfort of gel memory foam. Experience out-of-this-world comfort, with the best of both worlds. Two one inch layers of special gel-infused Memory Foam absorbs and dissipates body heat as fresh air passes through the foam.	Cooling helps keep you at the right temperature for your best. Two layers of perforated breathable foam help reduce heat. Plus every mattress saves up to 70 recycled bottles from the environment. A top layer of proprietary perforated breathable foam helps reduce heat, the tiny holes move hot air and body heat away. With a thin coating of cooling gel that adds a refreshing feel. This innovative cooling system is designed to help keep you cool all night. Second layer of AirScape™ helps prevent overheating. These air channels allow heat to escape. Resilient springs increase airflow.
Support	The core of the GhostBed Flex features the patented Ghost Flex innerspring coil unit with our Spirited Edge Support design. Individual 8.5" coils create the weightless feeling you love, while wrapping them individually creates minimal motion transfer. Plus, two rows of specially reinforced coils along the edge of the bed make it easy to sit comfortably without slipping off. One inch of Ghost Flex Soft Transition Foam offers pure pressure relief. This layer of soft transition foam contours to your body and reduces the need to toss and turn. Individual coils offer the responsive support of traditional innerspring mattresses, without the worry of wearing out after just a few months. Additionally, the coils near the edge of GhostBed Flex are specially reinforced for better support - so you can sit on the edge of your bed without sliding off.	Superior plushness without sacrificing support. More support where you need it most with the plushness you crave. Zoned Support™ Pro offers 7 zones of targeted support for healthy spinal alignment, softer foam around the shoulders provides more relief to the upper body and multiple ergonomic points under shoulders, hips, waist and lower back. A firmer border provides edge support to help you get in and out bed easily. Premium AirScape™ foam conforms to your body to relieve pressure. This has a plush, velvety soft feel. A second layer of supportive foam has 3 ergonomic zones to help align your spine and provide more relief. A third layer with Zoned Support™ Pro relieves pressure under the shoulders, and provides more support under the waist, lower back, and hips to align your spine. These zones reinforce support from the layers above. Fabric-wrapped springs provide active support and a little lift.

Is Casper Nova good for back pain?

The Casper Nova is excellent at promoting healthy spinal alignment for lightweight sleepers in all positions and average-weight sleepers who sleep on their sides or backs. The zoned support foam and pocketed coils provide pressure relief and firmness in the necessary areas, helping to alleviate back pain for these sleepers.
