The Helix Plus is designed for Plus Size and Big & Tall and offers maximum support with a medium feel, it has five layers of construction:

Our "Tiny Mattress" technology is the most significant mattress invention in the last 100 years. There is no other mattress on the market that compares to our one-of-a-kind technology and it's GREENGUARD Gold Certified. We take a 3" piece of high density hybrid foam optimized for our technology, cut out a 2.25" x 2.25" rectangular cylinder, and then encase it in a fabric pocket. We then attach the Cushion Pocket to a .078" high carbon steel pocketed coil spring to create our patented "Cushion Pocket Spring", better known as the "Tiny Mattress". Finally, we combine roughly 700 of these "Tiny Mattresses" to create a mattress that reacts independently to personal weight and size.

Our stretch knit polyester and elastane cover is designed to complement the "tiny mattresses" ability to adjust to personal weight and size. More specifically, we've integrated a quilted, internal (FR) mattress pad that offers a more plush level of comfort. This zip-off removable and washable cover allows access to independently sealed cushions and unmatched cleanliness (vacuum in-between each air channel so you can eliminate dust, bacteria, and allergens).

The coil unit has best in-class edge support, so plus size sleepers never feel like they're falling off the mattress. An extra layer of high density, 4 pound foam is included in one of the three foam layers to help provide maximum support for people with high BMIs. Firm Memory Foam provides ergonomic support and cushioning, the transition layer has a higher IFD to match your body type. Extra support. Hundreds of individual taller coils designed to cradle and support heavier weight. Reinforced perimeter to provide edge support. The bottom foam layer of the mattress provides base support and durability to the entire mattress.
700 "Tiny Mattresses" For Absolute Spine Support. Our independent suspension evenly distributes body weight to alleviate stress on the natural curves of the spine. Your Helix Mattress is gently compressed, rolled, and put in a box that's about the size of a bag of golf clubs for easy shipping! Packaging dimensions are 16" x 16" x 48", and we ship via FedEx Ground direct from the manufacture to your door. Canadian orders may incur a shipping fee as well as a Customs Tax. These additional fees are applied during checkout.
