We take a 3" piece of high density hybrid foam optimized for our technology, cut out a 2.25" x 2.25" rectangular cylinder, and then encase it in a fabric pocket. We then attach the Cushion Pocket to a .078" high carbon steel pocketed coil spring to create our patented "Cushion Pocket Spring", better known as the "Tiny Mattress". Finally, we combine roughly 700 of these "Tiny Mattresses" to create a mattress that reacts independently to personal weight and size.

We used an innovative antimicrobial textile, powered by pure silver to help prevent the growth of unwanted bacteria. Our silver technology is woven into the fibers, allowing the fabric to feel soft and luxurious.
Our stretch knit polyester and elastane cover is designed to complement the "tiny mattresses" ability to adjust to personal weight and size. More specifically, we've integrated a quilted, internal (FR) mattress pad that offers a more plush level of comfort.
