FAQs

Simba 1500

Can I clean my mattress?

Yes, you can clean your mattress using light fabric cleaning products or a soft, damp cloth. However, we do not recommend removing the cover.

Will I be able to get the mattress back in the box?

Once the mattress is out of the box, it cannot be put back inside. We also do not recommend attempting to fold or roll it as this may damage the spring layer inside.

Will my mattress have a smell when i first open it?

There might be a slightly unusual smell for the first few nights due to the fresh-out-of-the-box foam. However, this smell will fade away after a few days and will not return.

Leesa Original

Is Leesa good for hot sleepers?

Yes, Leesa mattresses are designed to prevent heat trapping, a common issue with traditional memory foam mattresses. This ensures that sleepers do not get hot while they sleep.

Is Leesa mattress too soft?

The Leesa mattress has a firmness rating of 5.5 out of 10, making it slightly softer than the industry standard for medium firmness, which is 6.5. The mattress offers a cushiony feel and provides good pressure relief and contouring due to its layers of memory foam and breathable foam.

How long does Leesa original mattress last?

Similar to the Leesa hybrid, the Leesa original mattress, being a foam bed, is expected to last around 6-8 years.
