FAQs

Simba 1500

Can I clean my mattress?

Yes, you can clean your mattress using light fabric cleaning products or a soft, damp cloth. However, we do not recommend removing the cover.

Will I be able to get the mattress back in the box?

Once the mattress is out of the box, it cannot be put back inside. We also do not recommend attempting to fold or roll it as this may damage the spring layer inside.

Will my mattress have a smell when i first open it?

There might be a slightly unusual smell for the first few nights due to the fresh-out-of-the-box foam. However, this smell will fade away after a few days and will not return.

Silk & Snow Hybrid

Can you flip the Silk & Snow Hybrid?

The Silk & Snow Hybrid is not designed to be flipped. It is constructed with the comfort layers on top and the support layer on the bottom, so flipping it would likely result in discomfort.

What certifications do your mattresses have?

Silk & Snow mattresses are committed to meeting the highest compliance standards for online bed-in-a-box products in the USA and Canada. All foams used in the S&S Mattress and S&S Hybrid Mattress are CertiPUR-US® certified, indicating low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million). This certification ensures a healthier sleep for you and is better for the environment.

Where are your mattresses made?

All Silk & Snow mattresses are produced by local companies in Canada that share the same values of sustainability and quality. The foams, latex, and fabrics used in the mattresses are also made in Canada.
