Setting up your new Simba 5000 mattress is straightforward. Simply unbox it, unroll it on your bed base, and carefully cut the plastic to break the vacuum seal. Remove all packaging and let your mattress expand. It's safe to use within 3-6 hours, but it may take up to 72 hours to fully expand.

Can I clean my mattress?
Yes, you can clean your mattress using light fabric cleaning products or a soft, damp cloth. However, we do not recommend removing the cover.
Will I be able to get the mattress back in the box?
Once the mattress is out of the box, it cannot be put back inside. We also do not recommend attempting to fold or roll it as this may damage the spring layer inside.
Will my mattress have a smell when i first open it?
There might be a slightly unusual smell for the first few nights due to the fresh-out-of-the-box foam. However, this smell will fade away after a few days and will not return.
