Construction & materials

	Venus Williams Legend	Purple Plus
Layers	Venus Cooling Cover, Venus FIT Layer, Ghost Bounce Layer, High-Density Base Foam.	Hyper-Elastic Polymer™ material in Puple Grid™. Non-toxic polyethylene copolymer powder coating, Premium Comfort Foam layers.
Cover	Venus Cooling Cover: To create the silky-soft Venus Cooling Cover, we took a naturally-cooling fabric and made it even better, weaving in our luxurious cooling fibers. (Bonus: It’s made from 25% recycled water bottles!)	Cooling Cover. This breathable cover provides even greater airflow for your mattress, which helps keep your body temperature comfortable all night. Plus, its cool to the touch for refreshing relief the moment you lie down.
Machine-washable cover	No	No
Ergonomic handles	No	No
Comfort	Venus FIT Layer's Advanced Sleep Technology uses a special blend of far infrared (FIR) minerals that absorb your body heat as you sleep and reflect it back to you. When you are lying down, use your body's energy to mimic the effects of heat therapy. This improves blood flow and circulation, your body is able to better control its temperature, so overheating becomes a thing of the past.	Optimal Temperature. With over 1,400 air channels build into the temperature-neutral Grid and premium breathable foams used in the base, you will stay comfortable all night. Purple's column design allows air to flow freely, preventing moisture trapping, extending the life of the mattress, and providing cleaner, more comfortable sleep. Thanks to the free air flow design and patented polymer materials, Purple naturally sleeps much cooler than memory foam, latex, and other mattress technology.
Support	With four layers of support, you get a plush feeling while still receiving all the spinal support you need. Gel memory foam is an incredible material to sleep on, but we've enhanced it by infusing it with our unique blend of far infrared minerals. Your body will benefit from an even distribution from head to toe as you sleep.	A revolutionary mattress designed for just about everyone. It's designed to not only help you get better sleep, but to soothe joints, release pressure on the hips and shoulders, and support the neck and back. The hyper-elastic gel Grid immediately flexes to support your position and springs back into place as you readjust or move. It's designed to make bedtime the highlight of your day! The Purple Grid™ is a flexible gel material that instantly adapts to your body and sleep position, providing soft support where you want it and firm support where you need it. This material is organized in a grid formation, which creates walls that can support or fold, depending on how much pressure it receives. It's durable enough to last decades so you won't develop a body impression. And it buckles under specific pressure, which provides excellent motion isolation so you don't feel someone else move in the bed.
