FAQs
Brook + Wilde Perla
Does Brook and Wilde have a showroom?
Brook and Wilde does not operate a physical showroom. Instead, they provide a 200 Night Comfort Trial that lets customers try their mattresses at home for an extended period. This approach can offer a more realistic experience of their products than a brief showroom visit.
What’s the best way to clean it?
To maintain and clean your mattress, regular vacuuming is essential to remove dust and dirt particles, especially if you have allergies. Spills should be addressed promptly using a clean, damp cloth without any harsh detergents, as they can damage the mattress. It's also beneficial to let your mattress air out occasionally to eliminate odors and dry out any damp areas.
Who is the CEO of Brook and Wilde?
Brook and Wilde is a British luxury mattress brand that specializes in premium quality mattresses. The company was co-founded by Andrew Tyler and Jonathan Coulson.
Nectar
Is Nectar good for heavy side sleepers?
Indeed, the Nectar mattress is generally well-suited for heavy side sleepers. Its top layer, composed of gel memory foam, is designed to relieve pressure, particularly around the shoulders and hips. This feature caters to the needs of average to heavy side sleepers by offering enhanced support and comfort.
Is Nectar mattress good for back pain?
Yes, the Nectar mattress can be beneficial for individuals with back pain, particularly those of average weight. Its design provides effective pressure relief that can alleviate discomfort in areas such as the hips, shoulders, or back. However, heavier individuals who sleep on their back or stomach might sink too much into the mattress, potentially affecting ergonomic alignment. So, individual comfort and weight should be considered when choosing this mattress for back pain relief.
What is the life expectancy of a nectar mattress?
The lifespan of a Nectar mattress, which is a 25cm thick all-foam memory foam bed, is typically around nine years, given proper care and maintenance. This includes rotating the mattress every three to six months and ensuring the bedding is kept clean. Therefore, with appropriate usage and care, you can expect a Nectar mattress to provide comfort and support for close to a decade.
