| Cover | For a luxurious and premium finish, we use a breathable organic cotton / poly-blend 4-way stretch-knit (rather than a traditional weave) in a soft, natural color, and GOTS-certified by our supplier. Sourced from the United States, this durable textile is button-tufted by hand with wool yarn rosettes, which secure the cotton ticking and internal mattress layers firmly in place without the use of chemical adhesives. We also use hand-stitched tape edges (double stitched) and heavy-duty upholstered handles to complete the package. | Our super-soft high quality thick fabric allows for a comfortable sleeping experience and is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance (Fabric: 66% Polyester, 30% viscose, 4% poly lycra). If you're going to flip a hybrid mattress, you need to get a handle on it. We've taken care of that for you too! |

| Comfort | Wool does what other materials can not - it wicks away moisture, stays fresh, and acts as a natural fire barrier. It's also naturally anti-microbial, resistant to dust mites, and offers natural temperature control (to complement our natural latex). Our Joma New Zealand Wool's quality is some of the best in the world. | Amazing comfort for all sleeping positions - with the Variable Support properties of copper infused memory foam, combined with two unique comfort options in one mattress, the Layla Hybrid truly addresses the needs of side sleepers, back sleepers and stomach sleepers. Copper-infused foam transfers heat away from your body faster, resulting in a much cooler sleeping experience. And because copper is naturally anti-microbial, the copper gel in this mattress will form an antimicrobial barrier that resists odor causing bacteria and keeps you sleeping fresh. Surface Modification Technology (SMT) shapes are cut up to half an inch deep for added support, airflow, and pressure relief. |
| Support | The Avocado Green Mattress is GREENGUARD Gold Certified - and made with natural and organic materials, including 100% natural Dunlop latex from tree-tapped and sustainable sources; OEKO-TEK Standard 100 certified natural New Zealand wool; and GOTS certified organic cotton. Our non-toxic green bed combines the finest natural cushioning with an internal, zoned, pressure-point support system for proper back support and extended durability. We even make a new Vegan Mattress made without wool. The Avocado Green Mattress features an 8-inch support unit comprised of 756 - 1,414 individually-tuned support coils to ensure proper spinal alignment and balance. These fabric-encased innersprings (made from recycled steel) are arranged in 3 distinct zones with a reinforced perimeter to float independently and reduce motion transfer. This premium, highly durable system allows for optimal and individualized ergonomic and joint support, while at the same time, better contouring to your body shape and evenly distributing weight. Better still, the reinforced perimeter provides critical edge support to eliminate the "roll-off" feeling near the edge. | Flip it to the side that feels best for you. Softer and more plush, the soft side of the Layla Hybrid Mattress is great for those who prefer a little hug from your mattress. The firm side offers less sink and increased support for a more traditional firmer feeling mattress. Memory foam infused with copper reacts under body weight with a firming response. This response is called Variable Support and unlike traditional memory foam, it provides increased support at deep compression areas. The tri-zone layers provide more support in the center of the mattress (for hips and shoulders). High quality American-made 14 gauge central springs are individually wrapped in fabric so you get individual support for every inch of your body. The springs move independently so when your partner moves around your side of the bed stays put allowing you to sleep soundly through the night. A double coil perimeter in the two outermost rows using 16 gauge coils make for superior edge support. |
