Cover	For a luxurious and premium finish, we use a breathable organic cotton / poly-blend 4-way stretch-knit (rather than a traditional weave) in a soft, natural color, and GOTS-certified by our supplier. Sourced from the United States, this durable textile is button-tufted by hand with wool yarn rosettes, which secure the cotton ticking and internal mattress layers firmly in place without the use of chemical adhesives. We also use hand-stitched tape edges (double stitched) and heavy-duty upholstered handles to complete the package.	A super plush and stretchy top. This velvelvety-soft layer makes bedtime feel extra cozy. Knit fabrics stretch in 4 ways so you feel the full benefits of the layers below. The added pillow-like fabrics cradle your body and make you feel as if you were sinking into a cloud.

Comfort	Rather than using wool, our Vegan Mattress uses 400 grams per square foot of 100% GOTS organic certified certified cotton batting. Avocado mattresses feature 100% GOLS organic certified latex rubber foam, made from sustainably harvested sources. It's an eco-conscious, high-performance material, offering resilience, durability, and temperature control that far exceeds synthetic, blended or petroleum-based polyurethane foams	Cooling helps keep you at the right temperature for your best. Two layers of perforated breathable foam help reduce heat. Plus every mattress saves up to 70 recycled bottles from the environment. A top layer of proprietary perforated breathable foam helps reduce heat, the tiny holes move hot air and body heat away. With a thin coating of cooling gel that adds a refreshing feel. This innovative cooling system is designed to help keep you cool all night. Second layer of AirScape helps prevent overheating. These air channels allow heat to escape. Resilient springs increase airflow.
Support	The Avocado Vegan Mattress is GREENGUARD Gold Certified - and made with natural and organic materials, including 100% GOLS organic certified latex from tree-tapped and sustainable sources and GOTS organic certified cotton. Our non-toxic vegan bed combines the finest natural cushioning with an internal, zoned, pressure-point support system for proper back support and extended durability. No wool is used anywhere in the mattress. The Avocado Vegan Mattress features an 8-inch support unit comprised of 756 - 1,414 individually-tuned support coils to ensure proper spinal alignment and balance. These fabric-encased innersprings (made from recycled steel) are arranged in 5 distinct zones with a reinforced perimeter to float independently and reduce motion transfer. This premium, highly durable system allows for optimal and individualized ergonomic and joint support, while at the same time, better contouring to your body shape and evenly distributing weight. Better still, the reinforced perimeter provides critical edge support to eliminate the "roll-off" feeling near the edge.	Superior plushness without sacrificing support. More support where you need it most with the plushness you crave. Zoned Support Pro offers 7 zones of targeted support for healthy spinal alignment, softer foam around the shoulders provides more relief to the upper body and multiple ergonomic points under shoulders, hips, waist and lower back. A firmer border provides edge support to help you get in and out bed easily. Premium AirScape foam conforms to your body to relieve pressure. This has a plush, velvety soft feel. A second layer of supportive foam has 3 ergonomic zones to help align your spine and provide more relief. A third layer with Zoned Support Pro relieves pressure under the shoulders, and provides more support under the waist, lower back, and hips to align your spine. These zones reinforce support from the layers above. Fabric-wrapped springs provide active support and a little lift.
