It's ideally suited for back and stomach sleepers, as well as lighter individuals and growing children - anyone in need of natural cushioning and medium-firm support. With the pillow-top option, our mattress rates as a 6. If you ever want to adjust the feel, you can add a plush or firm vegan mattress topper at any time.

For a plusher and more luxurious feel, add the Happsy Organic Mattress Topper. The mattress by itself is perfect for just about everyone, but some people just really love that pillowtop feel! Particularly good for side sleepers (depending on body type). Adds an extra 2" of soft organic latex.

For a luxurious and premium finish, we use a breathable organic cotton / poly-blend 4-way stretch-knit (rather than a traditional weave) in a soft, natural color, and GOTS-certified by our supplier. Sourced from the United States, this durable textile is button-tufted by hand with wool yarn rosettes, which secure the cotton ticking and internal mattress layers firmly in place without the use of chemical adhesives. We also use hand-stitched tape edges (double stitched) and heavy-duty upholstered handles to complete the package.

It's an eco-conscious, high-performance material, offering resilience, durability, and temperature control that far exceeds synthetic, blended or petroleum-based polyurethane foams
A Truly Comfortable Organic Mattress. Everything in the Happsy mattress was designed for comfort and breathability. Natural fibers like organic cotton and wool just feel better than the polyurethanes and polyesters of the world. Plus, you wont be exposing yourself to all those chemicals. Now that's what we call organic comfort. Air channels carved into the latex help keep you cool and comfortable. Similar to the way maple syrup is made, the milky sap from the Hevea Brasiliensis tree is tapped and baked into a luxurious organic foam (like a giant waffle)! Yes, you read correctly - this foam is made from the renewable sap of trees. Certified to the Global Organic Latex Standard (GOLS). Do you find yourself sweating in your sleep despite "sleep cool" claims from your existing mattress brand? Foam is an insulator that traps heat - simple as that. Happsy's breathable coil system and moisture wicking wool gives heat somewhere to go, keeping you cool and comfortable all night long.

The Avocado Vegan Mattress is GREENGUARD Gold Certified - and made with natural and organic materials, including 100% GOLS organic certified latex from tree-tapped and sustainable sources and GOTS organic certified cotton. Our non-toxic vegan bed combines the finest natural cushioning with an internal, zoned, pressure-point support system for proper back support and extended durability. No wool is used anywhere in the mattress. The Avocado Vegan Mattress features an 8-inch support unit comprised of 756 - 1,414 individually-tuned support coils to ensure proper spinal alignment and balance. These fabric-encased innersprings (made from recycled steel) are arranged in 5 distinct zones with a reinforced perimeter to float independently and reduce motion transfer. This premium, highly durable system allows for optimal and individualized ergonomic and joint support, while at the same time, better contouring to your body shape and evenly distributing weight. Better still, the reinforced perimeter provides critical edge support to eliminate the "roll-off" feeling near the edge.
Unlike a firm piece of foam where every point is "stuck" in place, coils have a far broader range of movement, conforming to any sleeping position. Pocketed springs, in particular, uniformly cradle whatever's on them while drastically reducing motion transfer. After all, the most common cause of sleep disturbance is your sleep partner! Best of all, these coils are really breathable, giving heat somewhere to go. Perimeter coils zoned firmer for edge support.
