FAQs

Beautyrest Black Hybrid

What is Beautyrest black hybrid made of?

The Beautyrest hybrid mattress line is composed of memory foam, foam, and pocketed coils. It includes a cool-to-the-touch cover designed for temperature control.

Does Beautyrest Black Hybrid require a box spring?

While a spring or hybrid mattress may be fine on a slatted platform bed or even the floor, foam tends to sag through the slats or squash against the ground. Therefore, it's recommended to use a box spring with your Beautyrest mattress.

Is Beautyrest black good for back pain?

The Beautyrest Black mattress is an excellent choice for alleviating back pain, provided it suits your preferred sleeping position and body weight. It is particularly suitable for average-weight stomach and back sleepers, as the foam layers allow a bit of contouring that should help alleviate tension in the back area.
