Construction & materials

	BedInABox Original	NaturePedic Chorus Organic
Layers	Density CoolRest® Advanced Memory Foam, Density High Quality Sure Align Support Foam, Smooth Knit Cover.	Organic Cotton Fabric & Filling, Organic Wool Batting, PLA Comfort Layer, 1.5" Microcoils, 8" Breathable Encased Coil Support.
Cover	Soft polyester knit cover for comfort and stretch, perfect for memory foam. Polyester fabrics and fibers are incredibly strong and durable, resists abrasion and dries quickly. Breathable for better temperature control. Accentuates the memory foam feel.	Organic cotton is the purest form of cotton and a healthier alternative to synthetic fabrics and foams. Naturepedic uses only U.S. grown and certified organic cotton as filling for our mattresses, and we buy directly from USDA-certified sources. This increases purity, organic reliability, and support for U.S. farmers. The surface fabric is soft to the touch and easily stretches to conform to your body.
Machine-washable cover	No	No
Ergonomic handles	No	No
Comfort	3 lb density memory foam rebounds (takes it shape) quicker making it easier to change positions. Open cell structure increases air flow, contributing to a cooler sleep.	Wool wicks away moisture, provides natural fire protection, and offers temperature regulation, keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the Labor Day. It has a natural crimp that gives it bounce, body, and soft support characteristics. Many of these benefits are due to its complex physiochemical structure, which cannot be artificially manufactured. Organic wool facilitates healthy, well-treated sheep and the elimination of harmful chemicals in the processing of the wool. The PLA comfort layer adds resiliency and improved moisture wicking for a more comfortable night's sleep. PLA is a plant-based material used in a variety of industries, including food packaging and medical supplies. Our PLA is made from non-GMO plant starch and does not contain or off-gas harmful chemicals.
Support	The CoolRest® advanced memory foam has been softened (just slightly), creating more contouring qualities, while retaining the same great support. CoolRest® advanced memory foam perfectly contours to your body providing improved pressure relief to reduce tossing & turning. Sure Align support foam designed to support & correctly align your spine so you can sleep better. This works in tandem with the memory foam and provides perfect support for long lasting comfort and helps to distribute body weight evenly across the mattress.	The Chorus features a layer of microcoils over premium encased coils for a comfortable design that keeps you cool and relieves pressure points, so you'll be dreaming in no time. Our high-density microcoils are individually wrapped for full-body-contouring comfort in a lightweight yet durable polyester fabric. They resist body impressions while providing comfortable pressure point relief. They also improve breathability and heat dissipation for cool and comfortable sleep. Our exclusive construction completely avoids the use of glues and adhesives. The larger coils in the Chorus are also individually wrapped in GOTS-approved polyester fabric for full-body-contouring comfort. This method ensures isolation of movement while promoting balanced support for proper postural alignment. Encased coils provide just the right amount of bounce while adding excellent breathability and heat dissipation characteristics compared to memory foam and even all-latex mattresses.

FAQs

BedInABox Original

What sleep setup do you recommend for my BedInABox?

Each BedInABox® mattress is designed to work with any standard foundation. Foam mattresses need as much direct support under them as possible in order to properly support the sleepers. Keeping a slatted or platform foundation under your BedInABox® will help you avoid mattress sagging or breakdown of the memory foam. It is recommended to pair your BedInABox® mattress with the Clever Connect foundation or the MotionInABox™ Adjustable Frame.

Is there a weight limit on your mattresses?

BedInABox® uses high-quality support foam, so there are no weight limits for any of their memory foam mattresses. However, certain foundations do have weight limits. Their foundations are rated for up to 1000 lbs.

Why is BedInABox® the best Mattress in a Box?

BedInABox® claims to be the best Mattress in a Box because they are the only brand that makes their own foam, assembles every mattress, and ships it all from their own factory in North Carolina. This means that every component of your BedInABox® is made in America and under one roof.

NaturePedic Chorus Organic

How firm is the Chorus Organic Mattress?

The Chorus Organic Mattress by Naturepedic is of medium firmness and is designed to be comfortable for most people. If you prefer a plush mattress, Naturepedic recommends their EOS Organic Mattress or EOS Pillow Top Organic Mattress.
