Firmness info	Exceptional sleep is not one size fits all. The Brooklyn Aurora is designed with three comfort levels, for a sleep experience that feels crafted just for you. The Soft is rated a 3 on the firmness scale, the Medium is rated a 5 and the Firm is rated an 7.	The Cocoon Chill is a medium firmness, about a 6 on the firmness scale. We've found that most sleepers prefer a mattress that's fully supportive but not too firm, so we created a mattress with our Perfect Fit memory foam that adapts to your unique body size, shape and sleep position.

Construction & materials

Brooklyn Aurora Hybrid	Cocoon by Sealy Chill
Layers	Copper Gel Energex with TitanCool, TitanFlex, Swirl Visco-Elastic Memory Foam, Quantum Edge Pocketed Coils, High Density Base Support Foam.	Perfect Fit Memory Foam, Personalized Comfort Layer, Support Foam.
Cover	The most advanced fabric on the market delivers TitanCool benefits on contact.	Our premium stretch-knit cover is infused with a proprietary "Phase Change Material" that absorbs and dissipates heat for a refreshing, cool to the touch surface.
Machine-washable cover	No	No
Ergonomic handles	No	No
Comfort	The immediate response technology in our patented, hyper-elastic TitanFlex foam ensures ultimate comfort for every sleep position by adjusting to your body each time you move. Our advanced TitanCool technology keeps you cool in two ways: a phase change surface infusion and advanced conductivity properties draws excess heat away from the body, while a proprietary smooth top weave provides enhanced cooling on contact. An added infusion of copper and TitaniumGel enhances cooling while maintaining an anti-bacterial sleeping environment.	A top layer of memory foam helps reduce the amount of movement from your sleep partner. The Soft model reduces a bit more motion transfer than the Firm model. Phase Change Material (PCM) absorbs your body heat leaving you with a cool to the touch mattress experience.
Support	Engineered with up to 1,283 individually pocketed coils for better reactivity, the Brooklyn Aurora provides exceptional pressure point relief with motion isolation for minimized sleep disturbance, promising deeper and more restful sleep. A transition layer with the contouring properties of memory foam provides deep compression support, especially important to heavy sleepers.	Our high-quality memory foam adapts to your body size, shape and sleep position to ensure a great sleep no matter which feel is right for you. Support Foam base layer engineered to be highly durable and resilient. We've tested it, and we know it bounces back every time.

FAQs

Brooklyn Aurora Hybrid

Can you flip the Brooklyn Aurora Hybrid mattress?

No, the Brooklyn Bedding Aurora Hybrid mattress is not designed to be flipped. If you flip it, you would be sleeping on the hard coil layer instead of the comfort layers. If you're looking for a flippable mattress from Brooklyn Bedding, consider the Plank Hybrid.

Are Brooklyn Bedding Aurora Luxe beds any good?

Yes, the Brooklyn Bedding Aurora Luxe is a high-quality hybrid mattress designed to sleep cool. It's particularly suitable for back sleepers, hot sleepers, and those who prefer a feeling of sleeping "on top" of the mattress. However, whether it's the right mattress for you depends on your individual preferences and needs.

What cooling features are available in the Brooklyn Aurora Hybrid?

The Brooklyn Aurora Hybrid is equipped with advanced cooling features. It uses GlacioTex™, a cutting-edge fabric that provides cooling benefits on contact. The mattress is designed to maintain an ideal skin temperature of 88 degrees for sleep, compared to the average skin temperature of 91 degrees. It contains cooling gel beads that liquefy at higher temperatures to provide relief and solidify at lower temperatures to maintain an optimal sleep environment. The mattress also incorporates copper, a highly conductive material that naturally draws heat away from the body. Additionally, cooling gel treatments are present in the comfort foam layer and the tertiary memory foam layer, making it one of the most advanced cooling mattresses on the market.
