Construction & materials

	DreamCloud Premier	TEMPUR-Proadapt
Layers	Quilted Euro Top, two 1" foam layers, quilted to a Cashmere-blend cover, Soft Foam, Support Foam, Individually-Wrapped Coils.	–
Cover	A durable quilted Euro Top cover for ultimate softness. This Cashmere Blend outer cover (Cashmere + Rayon + Polyester) combines with two foam layers provides unparalleled comfort. The cover is not removable.	SmartClimate® Dual Cover System, Next-generation technology featuring a zip-off, cool-to-touch outer layer and super-stretch inner layer for convenience and comfort.
Machine-washable cover	No	Yes
Ergonomic handles	Yes	No
Comfort	Individually-wrapped coils are not directly connected to each other; therefore, when pressure is placed on one coil, it will not drag others down with it. This reduces motion transfer so you'll barely notice movement from your sleeping partner. The memory foam and foam layers contour your body and offers a comfortable softer feel. The individually-wrapped coils help promote breathability and temperature regulation for cool comfort.	Original TEMPUR® Comfort Layer, Advanced adaptability for truly personalized comfort and support.
Support	Three rows of higher-gauge coils are used for the perimeter to help bolster the edge of the mattress when you put weight on it. This structure also helps reduce rolling off of the mattress and therefore increases the usable sleeping surface. The third layer of soft foam cushions the body in its most sensitive areas, like pressure points. The foam helps contour to provide support where you need it, and comfort where you want it. A 1 inch layer of support foam provides resistance against your body as you lay down. It also prevents you from feeling the coil unit below. Individually-wrapped coils create a supportive surface that flexes to conform to individual curves and contours of the body.	TEMPUR-APR Support Layer Our most pressure-relieving material ever - made for deeper, more rejuvenating sleep.
