Comfort	Our triple layer hybrid is constructed of pure, sustainably sourced latex throughout - Rain Forest Alliance certified for the eco-conscious. The exceptional comfort and unique responsiveness of latex results in either a plush or firm sleep experience, depending on which side of the mattress you choose to sleep on. A plush, quilted top layer of wool and organic cotton is thoughtfully constructed on either side, ensuring a naturally hygienic and more breathable surface.	Ventilation is the key to sleeping just right - not too hot, and not too cold. Purple achieves the ultimate sleep comfortability by combining a totally new material with a totally unique design. Purple remains temperature-neutral so you don't sleep hot and sweaty at night Purple's column design allows air to flow freely, preventing moisture trapping, extending the life of the mattress, and providing cleaner, more comfortable sleep. Thanks to the free air flow design and patented polymer materials, Purple naturally sleeps much cooler than memory foam, latex, and other mattress technology.
Support	Individually encased, recyclable coils promote greater airflow and deeper compression support while decreasing motion transfer between sleep partners. The top side layer is combined with a 1.5" total latex support layer, designed to deliver exceptional pressure point relief while helping maintain proper spinal alignment. A 6" base of up to 1,024 individually encased Ascension coils deliver deep compression support while decreasing motion transfer between sleep partners. A firmer 1.5" layer of 100 percent natural latex is available on the flip side, offering all the benefits of natural materials on a firmer sleep surface.	A revolutionary mattress designed for just about everyone. It's designed to not only help you get better sleep, but to soothe joints, release pressure on the hips and shoulders, and support the neck and back. It's designed to make bedtime the highlight of your day! The Hyper-Elastic Polymer Purple is a pressure-releasing material. This material is organized in a grid formation, which creates walls that can support or fold, depending on how much pressure it receives. It's durable enough to last decades so you won't develop a body impression. And it buckles under specific pressure, which provides excellent motion isolation so you don't feel someone else move in the bed.

FAQs

EcoSleep Hybrid by Brooklyn Bedding

How do I decide on my ideal firmness level for my mattress?

The ideal firmness level for your mattress depends on your preferred sleep position, sleep needs, and personal preferences. You can find information on firmness levels on our mattress product pages. Alternatively, you can consult with one of our Sleep Specialists, who can provide a recommendation based on your preferences.

Are your products certified safe and healthy?

Yes, our foam is CertiPUR-US Certified, which means it is made without mercury, lead, or other heavy metals. It also has low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) emissions—less than 0.5 parts per million. Our foam is made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP, or TCEP (“Tris”) flame retardants.

Will your products have that “factory” smell?

Most of our customers report not detecting any unusual odors after unpacking our mattresses. However, if you do notice a natural scent after unwrapping the mattress, this slight odor should dissipate within 24 hours in a well-ventilated space.

Purple

Why do people like Purple mattresses?

The Purple mattress is favored for its ease of movement compared to many memory foam mattresses. The Purple Grid is both conforming and responsive, allowing for more movement than highly conforming memory foam.

Do Purple mattresses need special sheets?

Regular sheets can be used with a Purple bed, but they must be of the right type. The best sheet materials for a Purple mattress are bamboo viscose and cotton, provided they promote breathability and have the ability to stretch.

What body type is best for Purple mattress?

The Purple mattress is an excellent choice for back and stomach sleepers. However, for heavier back or stomach sleepers, the Original Purple bed may not be the best option.
