How do I decide on my ideal firmness level for my mattress?

The ideal firmness level for your mattress depends on your preferred sleep position, sleep needs, and personal preferences. You can find information on firmness levels on our mattress product pages. Are your products certified safe and healthy?

Yes, our foam is CertiPUR-US Certified, which means it is made without mercury, lead, or other heavy metals. It also has low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) emissions—less than 0.5 parts per million. Our foam is made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP, or TCEP (“Tris”) flame retardants.

Will your products have that “factory” smell?

Most of our customers report not detecting any unusual odors after unpacking our mattresses. However, if you do notice a natural scent after unwrapping the mattress, this slight odor should dissipate within 24 hours in a well-ventilated space.

How do I know which side is facing up?

There is a tag on the head or foot of the bed that says “medium.” If that tag is facing up then the medium side is facing up, if that tag is facing down then the medium side is facing down. Also, if the lettering “ROMA” is read correctly, this means the medium side is on top.

How much edge support does the mattress have?

The mattresses have more edge support than memory foam but less edge support than a spring mattress.

How do returns work for the Roma?

There is a 90-day return period with a $99 return fee. You are asked to donate the mattress to a local charity and mail the donation receipt. The free pillows would be yours to keep as a thank you for ordering with Sleep EZ.
