Ghost SmartBedvsBeautyrest Harmony Lux Carbon

Setting up the Ghost SmartBed 3D Matrix® is straightforward. You'll receive two boxes: one with the pump and another with the mattress. First, unbox and unroll your mattress to allow it to expand. Then, follow the instructions in the User Guide or Setup Video to connect the pump and air chambers. Lastly, download the GhostBed App and complete the final steps within the app.

The Ghost SmartBed app can be downloaded from the Android or iOS app stores using any personal Android or iOS device. Each side of the bed can be controlled separately by you and your partner using individual apps.

No, the Ghost SmartBed does not require a WiFi network. It comes with its own WiFi chip, allowing for a direct connection if you prefer not to connect it to your home network.

The Beautyrest Harmony Lux models all feature the same pocketed coil support unit, which includes 850 coils (in the queen size) and provides zoned support.

Seaqual is a collaborative initiative aimed at cleaning our oceans and raising awareness about marine litter. They convert ocean plastics into luxurious, high-quality sustainable fabrics. These fabrics not only feel great but also contribute to cleaner oceans. Each queen-size mattress made using Seaqual fabric helps to eliminate the equivalent of up to 50 water bottles from the ocean.

The choice of mattress firmness is subjective and depends on your personal preferences and problem areas. Stomach sleepers generally benefit from a firmer mattress, while back sleepers find comfort in a firm to medium feel. Side sleepers often prefer a medium or plush mattress with extra pressure relief. These guidelines can assist in narrowing down options, but personalized recommendations based on individual needs can be obtained from the Customer Support team.
