Setting up the Ghost SmartBed 3D Matrix® is straightforward. You'll receive two boxes: one with the pump and another with the mattress. First, unbox and unroll your mattress to allow it to expand. How do you return a PlushBeds Bliss mattress?
PlushBeds offers a 100-day sleep trial for the Botanical Bliss mattress. Customers are required to sleep on the mattress for at least 30 days before initiating a return. If you decide to return the mattress, PlushBeds will refund your payment within 72 hours of receiving the mattress back. A fee of $149.00 is charged for mattress removal.
How long does a PlushBeds Botanical Bliss mattress last?
All PlushBeds mattresses come with a 25-year limited warranty. During the first 10 years, PlushBeds will replace any mattress with material or manufacturing defects. During the remaining 15 years, PlushBeds may repair or refund a prorated portion of the purchase price, but the customer must pay handling costs.
