Packaging dimensions are 16" x 16" x 48", and we ship via UPS Ground direct from the manufacture to your door.	It typically takes 24-48 hours to process your order. Once it ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your order as it makes its way to your home. Depending on where you live, ground shipping takes anywhere between 2-7 business days to arrive to your door.
