| Firmness info | – | Many mattress companies will try to sell you a one-size-fits-all mattress, but we know from 40+ years of experience that your comfort preference is likely to change over time. That's why we developed a flippable mattress that is firm on one side and medium on the other. We have found that 95% of our customers prefer either a firm or medium feel. Maybe you don't know which you prefer or maybe right now you really like a firm mattress, but as you age will need a softer mattress to alleviate joint pressure. The Roma easily accommodates your change in firmness needs with a simple flip. |

These materials are known to provide give, thus promoting and enhancing the benefits of the memory foam layers beneath it. | The Roma comfort cover is made from organic cotton, quilted to a CertiPUR-US® certified foam carefully chosen to produce an enveloping, yet supportive, feel. | Comfort | With a cooling cover and a gel-coated memory foam top layer the Nectar Lush helps regulate temperature to stay cool and in a deep sleep. The top memory foam layer helps provide temperature regulation while you sleep. The PCM gel that has been infused into the surface of this component is known to: help draw excess heat away from the body and retain it in the component itself to help cool the sleeping environment to the optimal temperature Release any retained heat from the component back to the body to help heat the sleeping environment to the optimal temperature. | Sleeping with a partner? On a latex mattress, you won't have to worry about feeling your partner toss and turn as it dampens motion transfer. You'll sleep cooler on latex thanks to its open cell structure that promotes airflow. |
| Support | The Nectar Lush features an innovative memory foam with a higher density than what is found in traditional foam products. The increased density helps provide superior pressure relief for a plush, floaty rest. The top memory foam layer helps provide cushioning for the body at its most sensitive areas, like the pressure points. This is often described as the much-loved, traditional "memory foam" feel: softness, cushion, pressure relief, comfort, etc. The second memory foam layer, or the transition layer, is intended to help provide resistance against the body as you lay down on top of the mattress. If you were to jump onto your mattress, this layer prevents you from feeling the base support layer of foam. The base support layer is intended to provide solid support for the layers above it. It helps give structure and stability for all of the other components to perform as desired. | Quilting of your mattress cover provides extra comfort and plush feeling. The Roma is quilted into channels and finishes at 1.5 inches deep on each mattress side, ensuring maximum comfort on both sides. The extra height and texture of the quilting helps your sheets stay in place and provides a touch extra support to relieve pressure points and compliments the 100% natural latex below. Because of latex's superior support properties, it helps you achieve a neutral spine position while sleeping, helping you avoid aches and pains in the morning. Latex gently cradles your body without giving you that stuck in one place feeling that memory foam gives you thanks to its superior rebound properties. |

How do I know which side is facing up?
There is a tag on the head or foot of the bed that says “medium.” If that tag is facing up then the medium side is facing up, if that tag is facing down then the medium side is facing down. Also, if the lettering “ROMA” is read correctly, this means the medium side is on top.
How much edge support does the mattress have?
The mattresses have more edge support than memory foam but less edge support than a spring mattress.
How do returns work for the Roma?
