Firmness info	The Botanical Bliss is now available in two different firmnesses: Medium (ideal for side sleepers and most sleepers - 80% choose this option) and Firm (ideal for 275 lbs.+ and stomach or back sleepers). King and Cal King mattresses have a split layer design which allows for personalization of each side of the bed. Adjustment is simple: just unzip your mattress and rearrange the firmness levels as you see fit. Each organic latex layer adheres naturally to adjoining layers, eliminating the need for harsh chemical gluing while giving you the freedom to rearrange your mattress as often as you like. You can turn the medium into a medium-firm by adjusting the layers.	The base model (CF1000) is a medium comfort. Choose the cooling upgrade (CF2000) model if you prefer a firm feel. Both the Max Cooling Upgrade (CF3000) and Max Cooling & Pressure Relief Upgrades (CF4000) offer a selection of feels - medium, plush, ultra plush and firm, plush, ultra plush.

PlushBeds offers a 100-day sleep trial for the Botanical Bliss mattress. Customers are required to sleep on the mattress for at least 30 days before initiating a return. If you decide to return the mattress, PlushBeds will refund your payment within 72 hours of receiving the mattress back. A fee of $149.00 is charged for mattress removal.

All PlushBeds mattresses come with a 25-year limited warranty. During the first 10 years, PlushBeds will replace any mattress with material or manufacturing defects.
