Firmness info	–	Many mattress companies will try to sell you a one-size-fits-all mattress, but we know from 40+ years of experience that your comfort preference is likely to change over time. That's why we developed a flippable mattress that is firm on one side and medium on the other. We have found that 95% of our customers prefer either a firm or medium feel. Maybe you don't know which you prefer or maybe right now you really like a firm mattress, but as you age will need a softer mattress to alleviate joint pressure. The Roma easily accommodates your change in firmness needs with a simple flip.

Construction & materials

Layers	Performance Cover, 1.5" CopperFlex Foam with TitanCool, 2" Hyper-Elastic Energex Foam, 1" Swirl Gel Memory Foam, 6" Ascension Coils (Up to 1,024 coils), 1" High-Density Base Foam.	0.75" Comfort Foam, 1.5" Channel-Quilted Organic Cotton Cover, 3" Layer of Firm 100% Natural Dunlop Latex, 3" Layer of Medium 100% Natural Dunlop Latex
Cover	An elite, European performance fabric with Upcycle technology. Upcycle utilizes a proprietary surface treatment of encapsulated minerals to absorb body heat, transforming it into Far Infrared Rays of energy that can be emitted back into the human body. Far Infrared Rays stimulate local blood flow without increasing blood pressure, penetrating deeper into the skin and helping to promote a more restorative night's sleep.	The Roma comfort cover is made from organic cotton, quilted to a CertiPUR-US® certified foam carefully chosen to produce an enveloping, yet supportive, feel. The use of organic cotton for your mattress cover has many benefits. Since it is farmed without chemicals, it may cause fewer allergies and reduce respiratory problems. Organic cotton also does not produce any odors that might be unpleasant to breathe in while you sleep. With just a sheet between you and your mattress, why choose anything but organic?
Machine-washable cover	No	No
Ergonomic handles	No	No
Comfort	An advanced phase change molecule (PCM) weave with TitanCool optimizes temperature for a more comfortable night's sleep. A second 2" layer of hyper-elastic Energex foam offers cloud-like comfort with immediate response technology that adjusts to your body each time you move. A third 1" layer of swirl gel memory foam delivers plush contouring with added cooling.	Sleeping with a partner? On a latex mattress, you won't have to worry about feeling your partner toss and turn as it dampens motion transfer. You'll sleep cooler on latex thanks to its open cell structure that promotes airflow.
Support	As an elite hybrid mattress, the Propel also delivers responsive contouring with the exceptional temperature moderation of TitanCool and copper-infused foam for added airflow and superior antimicrobial benefits. A 1.5" top layer of patented CopperFlex foam provides responsive contouring with targeted pressure point relief. A 6" base of up to 1,024 individually encased Ascension coils promotes increased reactivity and support as well as superior motional isolation.	Quilting of your mattress cover provides extra comfort and plush feeling. The Roma is quilted into channels and finishes at 1.5 inches deep on each mattress side, ensuring maximum comfort on both sides. The extra height and texture of the quilting helps your sheets stay in place and provides a touch extra support to relieve pressure points and compliments the 100% natural latex below. Because of latex's superior support properties, it helps you achieve a neutral spine position while sleeping, helping you avoid aches and pains in the morning. Latex gently cradles your body without giving you that stuck in one place feeling that memory foam gives you thanks to its superior rebound properties.

FAQs

Propel Hybrid by Brooklyn Bedding

Is puffy mattress made in China?

No, every Puffy mattress is designed and manufactured in the USA.

How long does a puffy mattress last?

Given its materials and all-foam construction, the Puffy mattress should be reasonably durable. Its lifespan will depend on usage and the weight of the sleeper, but it should last for at least five to seven years.

Is Puffy mattress safe?

Yes, all Puffy mattress foams are CertiPUR-US® certified. Each foam layer is independently tested in a lab to meet the highest global foam safety and quality standards. It's been thoroughly tested to ensure it doesn't contain harmful chemicals.

How do I know which side is facing up?

There is a tag on the head or foot of the bed that says “medium.” If that tag is facing up then the medium side is facing up, if that tag is facing down then the medium side is facing down. Also, if the lettering “ROMA” is read correctly, this means the medium side is on top.

How much edge support does the mattress have?

The mattresses have more edge support than memory foam but less edge support than a spring mattress.

How do returns work for the Roma?

There is a 90-day return period with a $99 return fee. You are asked to donate the mattress to a local charity and mail the donation receipt. The free pillows would be yours to keep as a thank you for ordering with Sleep EZ.
