The base model (CF1000) is a medium comfort. Choose the cooling upgrade (CF2000) model if you prefer a firm feel. Both the Max Cooling Upgrade (CF3000) and Max Cooling & Pressure Relief Upgrades (CF4000) offer a selection of feels - medium, plush, ultra plush and firm, plush, ultra plush.

Generally speaking, we describe both of our mattresses as medium-firm in feel. However, we also understand even that description can be subjective. Two people sleeping on the same mattress might have contrasting opinions - it could be too soft, too firm, or just right. A Max Cold Cover is used in the CF3000 and CF4000 models. Made from super cool high-performance fibers for an instant cool-to-the-touch sensation.
Our ultra plush Mint® Mattress cover is made with polyester and viscose. It has a super soft, cozy touch and adds just a hint of cushion. Viscose is commonly known as rayon and is used in clothing. We ask that customers do not remove our cover at any time, as the cover is not designed to be removed for any reason. The zipper on the bottom of the mattress is for assembly only.

UltraCold System™ (used in the CF3000 and CF4000 models) The layer of extra-cool Carbon Fiber Memory Foam is engineered to work hard at absorbing excess heat from your body, then channel it away, all while you sleep comfortably.
