Koala recommend trying the medium-firm default side first. The Calm As mattress is the firmest, the Koala in the middle, and the Soul Mate is not quite as firm. The same order applies when using the softer side.

The design offers a comfortable softness level while leaning toward the firmer side, with a focus on bodily support for a healthier night's sleep.
