| Comfort | The Simba® 1500 Mattress is 10" deep. Our Simbatex foam uses advanced graphite cooling technology to draw heat away from your body, keeping you cool and comfortable. Simbatex memory foam infused with graphite for cooling | Casper mattresses are specifically designed to sleep cool. We put a lot of R&D into how Casper mattresses perform throughout the night - like running thermal imaging tests and sweat tests. Our mattresses use a breathable comfort foam to offset the memory foam layered beneath it. This construction helps keep things nice and breezy and outrageously comfortable. Plus every mattress saves up to 57 recycled bottles from the environment. A top layer of proprietary perforated breathable foam helps reduce heat, the tiny holes move hot air and body heat away. This innovative cooling system is designed to help keep you cool all night. Resilient springs increase airflow. |
| Support | The Simba® 1500 is built for those who are looking for a firmer comfort. Experience up to 1500 patented conical springs for supportive comfort and airflow. | We designed our own proprietary foam for our "just right" feel, and are now integrating those layers with resilient-yet-gentle fabric-wrapped steel springs. A firmer border provides edge support to help you get in and out of bed easily. Premium AirScape™ foam conforms to your body to relieve pressure. Memory foam with 3 areas of Zoned Support™ help align your spine and relieve pressure. Softer under shoulders and firmer around the hips, waist and lower back. Fabric-wrapped springs provide active support and a little lift. |

FAQs
Simba 1500
Can I clean my mattress?
Yes, you can clean your mattress using light fabric cleaning products or a soft, damp cloth. However, we do not recommend removing the cover.
Will I be able to get the mattress back in the box?
Once the mattress is out of the box, it cannot be put back inside. We also do not recommend attempting to fold or roll it as this may damage the spring layer inside.
Will my mattress have a smell when i first open it?
There might be a slightly unusual smell for the first few nights due to the fresh-out-of-the-box foam. However, this smell will fade away after a few days and will not return.
Casper Original Hybrid
What is the firmness level of Original Hybrid?
Both the Casper Original and the Original Hybrid have a medium feel, rating around 5 on the 10-point firmness scale. These models are slightly thicker than the average mattress, measuring 11 inches in thickness.
What is a Casper Original Hybrid Mattress made of?
All of our mattresses are made with planet-friendly materials, and without harmful, and ozone-depleting chemicals. Our covers are made of recycled polyester, upcycled cotton, rayon, and lycra. The Original Hybrid Mattress combines the same premium, breathable foam with added springs for lift and airflow. The Original foam mattress only uses premium, breathable (Polyurethane) foams that are CertiPUR® certified and provide comfort with contouring pressure relief. Both the Original and Original Hybrid have our advanced ergonomic support system, Zoned SupportTM and a temperature regulation system, AirScapeTM.
How many coils does a Casper original hybrid have?.
The Casper Original Hybrid version, which adds “at least 600 coils” (in a queen, according to the spokesperson), lies somewhere between medium and medium-firm, with a cradling that's slightly more pronounced than on the all-foam option but less fluffy than the Nova Hybrid.
