Comfort	You can choose from three different operating modes: Manual, Automatic, and Position, which give you total control over the settings. This will give you different comfort levels at each pressure point for maximum support and comfort.	Casper mattresses are specifically designed to sleep cool. We put a lot of R&D into how Casper mattresses perform throughout the night - like running thermal imaging tests and sweat tests. Our mattresses use a breathable comfort foam to offset the memory foam layered beneath it. This construction helps keep things nice and breezy and outrageously comfortable. Plus every mattress saves up to 57 recycled bottles from the environment. A top layer of proprietary perforated breathable foam helps reduce heat, the tiny holes move hot air and body heat away. This innovative cooling system is designed to help keep you cool all night. Resilient springs increase airflow.
Support	The smart sensors of this bed read body pressure and make adjustments in real-time as you sleep. No more fiddling with remote controls. Or you can control each pressure point allowing you to get the perfect customized support while you sleep.	We designed our own proprietary foam for our "just right" feel, and are now integrating those layers with resilient-yet-gentle fabric-wrapped steel springs. A firmer border provides edge support to help you get in and out of bed easily. Premium AirScape™ foam conforms to your body to relieve pressure. Memory foam with 3 areas of Zoned Support™ help align your spine and relieve pressure. Softer under shoulders and firmer around the hips, waist and lower back. Fabric-wrapped springs provide active support and a little lift.

FAQs

Ghost SmartBed

How do you assemble the Ghost Smartbed 3D Matrix?

The assembly of the Ghost SmartBed 3D Matrix® is straightforward. You will receive two boxes: one with the bed's pump and another with the mattress. First, unbox and unroll your mattress to let it expand. Then, follow the steps in the User Guide or Setup Video to connect the pump and air chambers. Lastly, download the GhostBed App and complete the final few steps within the app. If you prefer, you can add the White Glove service at checkout, and they will assemble your bed, ensure the pump and air chambers are correctly connected, and even haul off your old mattress. After delivery, all you need to do is finalize the Wi-Fi connection on your phone or tablet, and prepare for a great night's sleep.

How do I adjust the bed’s settings? Is there a remote included?

The bed connects directly to your mobile device or tablet, which you'll use to control the settings. There's no remote to lose, but devices are not included with the purchase of your smartbed.

Does the Ghost smartbed require a wifi network?

No, the Ghost SmartBed does not require a Wi-Fi network. It has its own Wi-Fi chip, allowing for a direct connection if you prefer not to connect to your home network.

Casper Original Hybrid

What is the firmness level of Original Hybrid?

Both the Casper Original and the Original Hybrid have a medium feel, rating around 5 on the 10-point firmness scale. These models are slightly thicker than the average mattress, measuring 11 inches in thickness.

What is a Casper Original Hybrid Mattress made of?

All of our mattresses are made with planet-friendly materials, and without harmful, and ozone-depleting chemicals. Our covers are made of recycled polyester, upcycled cotton, rayon, and lycra. The Original Hybrid Mattress combines the same premium, breathable foam with added springs for lift and airflow. The Original foam mattress only uses premium, breathable (Polyurethane) foams that are CertiPUR® certified and provide comfort with contouring pressure relief. Both the Original and Original Hybrid have our advanced ergonomic support system, Zoned SupportTM and a temperature regulation system, AirScapeTM.

How many coils does a Casper original hybrid have?.

The Casper Original Hybrid version, which adds “at least 600 coils” (in a queen, according to the spokesperson), lies somewhere between medium and medium-firm, with a cradling that's slightly more pronounced than on the all-foam option but less fluffy than the Nova Hybrid.
