FAQs

Simba 2500

I have back problems. Will this work for me?

While we can't provide medical advice, we've received a lot of positive feedback from customers who have experienced aches and pains and have found relief with their Simba Mattress. Our mattress includes a super light comfort spring layer designed to provide pressure relief without the discomfort of traditional springs. However, we recommend taking advantage of our 100-night trial to see if it works for you.

is Simba 2500 mattress worth it?

The worth of the Simba 2500 mattress depends on individual preferences, needs, and budget. Factors like sleep position, firmness, body type, temperature regulation, and motion isolation should be considered. Reading customer reviews and comparing with similar mattresses can provide insights into its quality, durability, comfort, and customer satisfaction.

What base should i put my Simba on?

Our mattresses work on any supportive and dedicated mattress platforms including adjustable bases. It’s best on a sprung or rigid slatted bed frame, or a divan/box-spring. If you choose to use a slatted bed frame, the slats should be no greater than 3 inches (7.6cm) apart.

Simba 1500

Can I clean my mattress?

Yes, you can clean your mattress using light fabric cleaning products or a soft, damp cloth. However, we do not recommend removing the cover.

Will I be able to get the mattress back in the box?

Once the mattress is out of the box, it cannot be put back inside. We also do not recommend attempting to fold or roll it as this may damage the spring layer inside.

Will my mattress have a smell when i first open it?

There might be a slightly unusual smell for the first few nights due to the fresh-out-of-the-box foam. However, this smell will fade away after a few days and will not return.
