Cover
Easca is wrapped in a cool to the touch and soft on the skin and designed with a seamless edge to maximise air flow and comfort. This is woven from a single piece of viscose and polyester blend fabric.
A hypoallergenic cover that offers a luxuriously soft surface to lie on. This moisture-wicking white top panel of the mattress is made of 98% polyester and 2% elastane and is removable and washable at 40°C. The cover is hand-sewn in the UK.
Comfort
Easca uses a smart cooling system because sleeping hot can be a big problem. The Easca Gel Foam™ teams up with the open-air second layer to promote airflow and disperse any heat. The top comfort layer is infused with cooling gel. These gel particles react to keep you cool through the night. The middle transition layer is an open air technology that makes it more breathable than traditional memory foam which promotes airflow.
The foams used have tiny bubble-like cells that help keep the mattress cool. The Hybrid mattress options provide more movement isolation than traditional memory foam mattresses. Therefore, you shouldn't feel your partner move during the night. The evecomfort® foam is 30 times more breathable than other memory foam. This breathability regulates temperature, and ensures that you sleep comfortably. Full sized springs ensure a cool circulation of air.
Support
Patented Easca Gel Foam™ is paired with two additional luxurious support layers that form the perfect foundation and bounce for our mattress. The three layers work together to reduce tossing and turning and limit motion transfer - so you will barely notice if your sleeping partner moves throughout the night. The supportive foam used in the transitional second layer contours to your body and offers pressure point relief. The base layer of high-density foam is ideal for supporting the natural alignment of your spine, helping to relieve any back, neck and shoulder issues.
Side sleepers benefit from a touch of softness to cushion shoulders and hips. The foam in the original hybrid mattress is great for this, because it gently contours to your body. The added zoning also helps with pressure relief. Like front sleepers, back sleepers need support for their lower back. The medium-firm feel of the original hybrid mattress helps with alignment, whilst our evecomfort® foam stops your hips sinking in too far. We even tested the zoning and it came up trumps for back sleepers. A top layer of next-generation memory foam: engineered to give total body support so you don't get that "stuck" feeling often associated with traditional memory foam. This springier foam helps to keep your spine aligned. The memory layer provides a snug softness and keeps the pressure off. Over 800 12cm full sized zoned springs are used to give all sleepers the support they need for a comfortable snooze. Some of the full sized springs are thicker than others, creating 5 zones, to relieve the pressure from your shoulders and hips.A foam casing (a layer above and below the springs) help protect the springs. It also gives the mattress extra support, so you don't "roll off" the mattress when lying on the edge.
