| Comfort | In this day and age hygiene has never been so important. Bamboo and Charcoal come with natural antibacterial properties along with our removable covers (dry clean only) to ensure maximum cleanliness throughout the life of your mattress. With the added charcoal it will also further help regulate temperature in addition to our advanced technology from the original hybrid mattress airflow system already in place. Used as an ingredient in deodorants the charcoal is also excellent at eliminating odours. | Should your Brook + Wilde mattress feel too soft or too firm for your liking, you can swap it with one of their other mattresses, free of charge, or select a refund in full. The unique open cell structure in the memory foam top layer provides a higher level of moisture evaporation and breathability, which helps your mattress to stay cooler for longer so you can sleep more comfortably all night long. |
| Support | Our Pure Hybrid mattress contains 64% spring to 36% foam, we know the OTTY will give you the best support and comfort, helping those with ailments or health issues. Our 16cm pocket springs help to provide maximum airflow, dissipating excess heat and regulating your temperature. This eliminates the likelihood of overheating, which is common with traditional memory foam products. The top layer combines temperature regulating memory foam, keeping you at the optimum temperature in the depths of winter or on a sultry summer night. | Each mattress is ergonomically engineered to provide improved support to the shoulder area, meaning you'll wake up free of aches and pains. 2,500 mini springs, which are engineered to move with you as you turn in your sleep and reduce pressure points. The use of springs also gives your mattress some push back and bounce, which can be missing from a traditional 'foam only' mattress. This clever and unique layer of support foam (Wave technology) has added depth and density in the upper area of the mattress, to aid spinal alignment and care for your shoulders. We use a specialist foam in this layer for its cushioning qualities that relieve pressure points.A further 1,000 135mm pocket springs. These larger springs give a little more bounce and push back, leaving you with extra spring in your step. |

FAQs
OTTY Pure Hybrid
Is the OTTY Pure Hybrid eco-friendly?
The OTTY Pure Hybrid mattress, with bamboo and activated charcoal, offers potential eco-friendly benefits. Bamboo, a sustainable resource, makes the mattress breathable, moisture-wicking, and temperature-regulating. Activated charcoal, also sustainable, provides odour-elimination and hypoallergenic benefits. However, a product's overall eco-friendliness depends on its entire lifecycle, from sourcing to disposal.
Do Otty remove the old mattress?
Yes, Otty offers the option for room of choice delivery, old mattress removal, and unpacking and packaging removal services. These additional services can be selected at checkout when placing an order. It's worth noting that availability may vary depending on your location and specific order details.
Where are Otty mattresses made?
Otty mattresses are manufactured in China. Despite being a UK-based company, Otty sources their mattress production from China. Similar to other hybrid mattresses.
Brook + Wilde Elite
Who is the CEO of Brook and Wilde?
Brook and Wilde is a British luxury mattress brand that specializes in premium quality mattresses. The company was co-founded by Andrew Tyler and Jonathan Coulson.
Does Brook and Wilde have a showroom?
Brook and Wilde does not operate a physical showroom. Instead, they provide a 200 Night Comfort Trial that lets customers try their mattresses at home for an extended period. This approach can offer a more realistic experience of their products than a brief showroom visit.
What’s the best way to clean it?
To maintain and clean your mattress, regular vacuuming is essential to remove dust and dirt particles, especially if you have allergies. Spills should be addressed promptly using a clean, damp cloth without any harsh detergents, as they can damage the mattress. It's also beneficial to let your mattress air out occasionally to eliminate odors and dry out any damp areas.
