A slatted base can help prevent mold on the mattress cover in high-humidity environments.

The Helix Dusk mattress is designed to last between seven to ten years, with a warranty protecting against premature sagging and manufacturing defects for ten years after purchase. The Helix Dusk Luxe variant offers an extended warranty of 15 years.

The Helix Dusk is not considered distinctly soft. It is a medium-firm mattress with two foam layers providing cushioning, but overall, it has a balanced feel rather than a plush one.
