Construction & materials

Brooklyn Aurora Hybrid	MyGreenMattress Natural Escape
Layers	Copper Gel Energex with TitanCool, TitanFlex, Swirl Visco-Elastic Memory Foam, Quantum Edge Pocketed Coils, High Density Base Support Foam.	GOTS-Certified Organic Cotton quilted cover with GOTS-Certified Organic wool sewn in underneath, 3" GOLS-Certified Dunlop latex (Density: 65, ILD: 22-24), 8" My Green Mattress Pocketed Coil Innerspring.
Cover	The most advanced fabric on the market delivers TitanCool benefits on contact.	A GOTS-certified organic cotton and GOTS-certified organic wool quilted cover that provides an additional layer of comfort and acts as a natural flame retardant. This mattress is button tufted, a time-honored technique that allows the layers of the mattress to be secured together without the use of adhesives.
Machine-washable cover	No	No
Ergonomic handles	No	No
Comfort	The immediate response technology in our patented, hyper-elastic TitanFlex foam ensures ultimate comfort for every sleep position by adjusting to your body each time you move. Our advanced TitanCool technology keeps you cool in two ways: a phase change surface infusion and advanced conductivity properties draws excess heat away from the body, while a proprietary smooth top weave provides enhanced cooling on contact. An added infusion of copper and TitaniumGel enhances cooling while maintaining an anti-bacterial sleeping environment.	The GOTS-certified organic wool batting is sourced from sheep that are allowed to graze freely in organic pastures. The wool acts as the only flame retardant, and is hypoallergenic, temperature regulating, and 100% biodegradable. Innerspring mattresses sleep up to 30% cooler than foam mattresses. The cell structure of latex makes your mattress breathable, which means you will be cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Latex is also ideal for allergy sufferers. It is naturally hypoallergenic, dust mite resistant, and antimicrobial, which inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew. With no worries about chemicals, and no tossing and turning, you will sleep more deeply and awaken ready for a new day.
Support	Engineered with up to 1,283 individually pocketed coils for better reactivity, the Brooklyn Aurora provides exceptional pressure point relief with motion isolation for minimized sleep disturbance, promising deeper and more restful sleep. A transition layer with the contouring properties of memory foam provides deep compression support, especially important to heavy sleepers.	The Natural Escape is handcrafted with a responsive zoned pocketed coil spring system with enhanced lumbar support and a supportive edge. Tighter coils along the edges of the mattress provide a firmer seating edge. With proper support across the entire mattress you can sleep from edge to edge and top to bottom. Steel springs will last up to 4 times longer than a foam support edge. Individual coils react to body shape and weight to keep pressure off your bones and joints. The coils across the center third of the mattress have a heavier gauge wire and are nested closer together providing additional firmness to hold up the heaviest part of your body and properly align your spine. 13.5 gauge coils at the perimeter for a firmer seating edge, 15.5 gauge coils in the majority of the sleep surface and 14.5 gauge coils throughout the center third of the mattress for improved lumbar support. Each fabric-encased coil moves independently to allow deep sleep even when your partner moves. Latex is supportive and alleviates pressure points that can cause stiffness, pain, tossing and turning.

However, whether it's the right mattress for you depends on your individual preferences and needs.

What cooling features are available in the Brooklyn Aurora Hybrid?

The Brooklyn Aurora Hybrid is equipped with advanced cooling features. It uses GlacioTex™, a cutting-edge fabric that provides cooling benefits on contact. The mattress is designed to maintain an ideal skin temperature of 88 degrees for sleep, compared to the average skin temperature of 91 degrees. It contains cooling gel beads that liquefy at higher temperatures to provide relief and solidify at lower temperatures to maintain an optimal sleep environment.
