How long can I keep the mattress in a box?
Due to the nature of foam, it is recommended that the mattress portion of The Pod should not be kept in the box for more than two weeks after delivery. If kept in the box longer, the foam expansion may be affected.
Can I use a mattress protector over the Pod?
Yes, you can use any mattress protector of your choice! It can be placed over the foam mattress or the technology layer, though it is recommended to protect the technology layer. The Pod Protector, made from wood pulp obtained from eucalyptus trees, is designed to fit perfectly onto the Pod, right under your bed sheets.
