FAQs

Helix Dusk

Do your mattresses offer different levels of support?

Any strong and solid base is suitable, including adjustable bases. Avoid slatted foundations with gaps of more than 3" and box springs with actual springs. While a slatted base can improve breathability, it's not required as the latex foam in the mattress is naturally breathable. A slatted base can help prevent mold on the mattress cover in high-humidity environments.

What is the lifespan of the Helix Dusk mattress?

The Helix Dusk mattress is designed to last between seven to ten years, with a warranty protecting against premature sagging and manufacturing defects for ten years after purchase. The Helix Dusk Luxe variant offers an extended warranty of 15 years.

Is the Helix Dusk a soft mattress?

The Helix Dusk is not considered distinctly soft. It is a medium-firm mattress with two foam layers providing cushioning, but overall, it has a balanced feel rather than a plush one.

Purple Hybrid Premier (4" Grid)

How thick is the Purple Hybrid Premier 4 mattress?

The Purple Hybrid Premier 4 mattress, the priciest among the Purple hybrid beds, has a thickness of 13 inches. It offers a medium to medium-firm feel and is suitable for all sleeping positions.

Is Purple 4 good for side sleepers?

Yes, the Purple 4 is suitable for side sleepers. Its thickest top layer provides an immersive experience with the pressure-relieving capabilities of Hyper-Elastic Polymer, making it one of the best mattresses for side sleepers.

Can I return my mattress if I’m not happy with it?

Yes, Purple offers free returns within 100 nights if you don’t love your mattress. However, they require you to sleep on it for a minimum of 21 nights before initiating a return or exchange. If you're still not satisfied after this period, you can contact their Care Team to schedule a pickup. Once the mattress has been picked up and they receive proof of receipt, they will initiate a full refund.
