This mattress is button tufted, a time-honored technique that allows the layers of the mattress to be secured together without the use of adhesives.

It is naturally hypoallergenic, dust mite resistant, and antimicrobial, which inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, and mildew. Our top layer, the ThermaPhase comfort layer, is the culmination of years of development. Our comfort layer combines two different phase-change materials that target temperatures on both ends of the optimal sleep zone. Upon reaching an ideal sleeping temperature, the phase change material undergoes a molecular transformation that works to maintain the temperature at the optimal level. This results in a mattress that will keep you cool when its warm, and will help keep you warm when its cold. There is not a more technologically advanced, or more comfortable mattress available, period. Our ThermaPhase™ comfort layer, is the culmination of years of development. We combined two different phase-change materials that react to temperature fluctuation. The result is a "Smart" mattress that will react to heat and actively cool the sleeping surface. OR if sleeping conditions become too cold, the Thermaphase molecules will redistribute absorbed heat to help keep you warm.
Support
The Natural Escape is handcrafted with a responsive zoned pocketed coil spring system with enhanced lumbar support and a supportive edge. Tighter coils along the edges of the mattress provide a firmer seating edge. With proper support across the entire mattress you can sleep from edge to edge and top to bottom. Steel springs will last up to 4 times longer than a foam support edge. Individual coils react to body shape and weight to keep pressure off your bones and joints. The coils across the center third of the mattress have a heavier gauge wire and are nested closer together providing additional firmness to hold up the heaviest part of your body and properly align your spine. 13.5 gauge coils at the perimeter for a firmer seating edge, 15.5 gauge coils in the majority of the sleep surface and 14.5 gauge coils throughout the center third of the mattress for improved lumbar support. Each fabric-encased coil moves independently to allow deep sleep even when your partner moves. Latex is supportive and alleviates pressure points that can cause stiffness, pain, tossing and turning.
Each layer was engineered with varying levels of density and weight capacity to provide dynamic support. Our top 3 layers are a patent pending hybrid-foam package that we call Z3™. After we receive your order, we typically begin building your mattress the next day. We offer free shipping via FedEx to the contiguous United States .Our mattresses are made-to-order one at a time in our family's factory. We then compress, roll and box each mattress and ship via FedEx to your door in two weeks or less.

Your Zotto is shipped free to your doorstep via FedEx. You can expect to receive your Zotto mattress between 1 to 6 days from the date of purchase. All orders ship the same day when you order before 1:00 pm PT Monday-Friday.
