Newentor mattresses have been commended for their balance of comfort and support. Their top comfort layers are typically certified as non-toxic, representing a commitment to safe and healthy sleeping environments. They have also offered a 120-night trial period, giving customers ample time to decide if the mattress is right for them. These factors, coupled with competitive pricing, make Newentor mattresses generally a good option.

While the entire Newentor Hesperis mattress is not designed to be flipped due to its base, it does offer a unique adjustable design feature. This feature allows you to customize the firmness of your mattress through a 3-layer adjustable memory foam system. By rearranging these layers, you can create the firmness level that best suits your personal comfort preference. This kind of design offers multiple sleep experiences within a single mattress, enhancing its versatility to meet a wide range of sleep needs.

The Newentor Hesperis mattress features an adjustable design that allows you to choose from three different firmness levels. Depending on the arrangement of the 3-layer design, you can experience soft (degree of hardness 2), medium-firm (degree of hardness 3), or hard (degree of hardness 5) firmness. This design offers versatility and caters to a wide range of sleep preferences. Furthermore, with this range of firmness levels, the mattress is suitable for individuals weighing between 1 to 160kg. This makes it a good option for a wide array of body types. As always, individual comfort can vary, so it's important to experiment with the different firmness levels to find the one that best suits your personal sleep preferences and needs.

The smell you're noticing from your new Koala mattress is likely due to off-gassing, a common occurrence with new products made from certain materials, including polyurethane foam. Off-gassing refers to the release of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the air, and it can result in a unique, often chemical-like smell. This process is generally harmless, and the odor usually disappears on its own within a few hours to a couple of weeks after unboxing. To help speed up the process, you can air out the mattress or place it in a well-ventilated area. However, if the smell persists or causes discomfort, it's recommended to reach out to the manufacturer for assistance.

Yes, you can wash your Koala mattress cover. It is designed with a removable feature that allows you to unzip it from the mattress. For cleaning, you can place the cover in your washing machine on a cold cycle. After washing, it's best to let it air dry. If you notice any light stains, you can spot clean those using a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Remember, for stubborn stains or extensive cleaning, it might be best to consult with the manufacturer or a professional cleaning service to avoid potential damage.

The Koala mattress is designed with a unique feature: it has two flippable layers within the mattress that allow you to adjust the firmness to your liking. These layers are found under the breathable TENCEL® Lyocell Cover, which encases the flippable comfort layer. To adjust the firmness, you simply unzip the mattress cover and flip the double-sided Kloudcell® mattress topper. This feature allows you to customize the feel of your mattress without having to flip the entire mattress, which is not designed to be flipped as the support base layer is not meant for sleeping directly on. Despite this ability to customize firmness, it's still recommended to rotate the mattress head-to-foot regularly to ensure even wear and longevity.
